I placed an online order and tried to add an additional item, but the sarcastic employee told me I couldn't do that and that I had to place a separate order. I explained that was exactly why I wanted to add to my original order. She was extremely rude and unfriendly. When I ordered a regular junior burger, she mistakenly entered a deluxe burger instead. I clearly specified that I only wanted a regular junior burger with ketchup, pickles, and mustard. Instead of correcting the order, she insisted that it would be a different burger. I ultimately decided to cancel the order altogether. What a ridiculous situation!
It is the 54th minute of waiting on 4 sonic blasts at sonic. I have called three times and have had someone come over to my window and say it will be back. I’m not only wanting a refund but I’m not coming back. I’m not usually like and don’t normally put in reviews because I never think it’s staff fault. But this sonic has been like this for the last year and blame management on it because it is some of the worse I have ever seen and this is coming from 18 years old
I just got back from Sonic and it was a terrible experience. I placed my order, but thankfully nothing showed up on the screen for payment. A woman repeated my order, but I ended up watching at least six cars pull in, order, and receive their food before I did. This is completely unacceptable— I wasted my entire break waiting for food that never arrived. That's really poor service, and it's not okay.
The tots were old and hard so my son couldn't eat them.
My food was served as ordered. The lady that took my order came to my car to clarify my order for accuracy. All my food was fresh and good.
