Taco Bell - Jackson

The staff at this Taco Bell are quite unmotivated, often making you wait 30 minutes for just two tacos, even when you're the only customer there. This has happened frequently at this location, which is disappointing since it's the nearest one to me. Food: 2/5.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This Taco Bell location is awful. I requested just one taco with meat and cheese only for my daughter, and twice they gave us a Taco Supreme instead! When we went back in to ask for the correct taco, they handed us a soft shell tortilla with lettuce only! I am extremely dissatisfied and will never spend my money at this location again!

I ordered my meal effortlessly through the app, and it was ready by the time I got there. The food was fantastic, as always—when you're craving Taco Bell, nothing else will do! This was my first attempt at trying the much-talked-about Mexican pizza. Unfortunately, it ended up at the bottom of the bag, buried under six tacos and six burritos. By the time I got home, the pizza was completely squished and most of the toppings had come off and stuck to the top of the box. So, I still don’t know what the Mexican pizza actually tastes like… maybe I’ll give it another shot another day.

Spent 40 bucks on a meal for my family and over half the order is missing. Didn't notice till I returned home, 20 minutes away and now I can't even get any one to answer the store phone..we all mess up from time to time,I know I do they were busy busy but come on y'all, let's focus a bit more.

Lobby locked at 5:45 PM on a Saturday and we saw workers sitting inside, so we went to the drive-thru window. We sat there for a couple minutes and were never acknowledged even though we were the only customers there. Finally gave up on getting food there.
