If you live outside the Louisville area and don't know, you can use the second street bridge in louisville or the sherman minton bridge in new albany to cross the ohio river. these two routes are great free. it could take a few minutes longer, but the positive is that they don't pay toll fees and don't have to do with riverlink. you are receiving

Auto toll i-65 Indiana/Kentucky works well. Have been transacted 2 round trips. The first, received the invoice via USPS and registered an account. Then found out second time can search for billing online with license plate and paid it before the printed invoice was mailed. Wish it was less confusing about buying a tracking/reader device and one that's compatible with multiple states' systems, particularly those of surrounding states. Also, what happens with motorcycle billings, can those plates be read easily?

Honestly I prefer just going into their office to take care of things. The people working the desk are more than willing to assist, and you dont have to worry about sitting on hold when you call the line. The wait time was very little because they were not crammed packed with people. And I feel like things just go much smoother and quicker when you need assistance with your riverlink account.

Worst customer service. Had to make 3 phone calls, and talk to 3 different people to get simple clarification about a bill. The previous 2 were contradicting, did not have basic problem solving skills, gave false explanations... and could not do simple math to understand that what they were telling me didnt add up. Like talking to a deer in headlights. It was wild
