Bidra med feedbackI usually enjoy coming here, which is why I'm giving it 3 stars. However, today I noticed an employee eating and drinking right at the POS system, and she didn't wash her hands before handling food.
The drink I received looked nothing like the picture — not even close. I ordered a Lava Flow, which is supposed to come with strawberry slush. However, I watched as the cashier grabbed a container of blended strawberry slush with less than 20ml left and lined the cup with it. I noticed there was another container of strawberry slush in the fridge that she could have used to fill the cup, but instead, she poured in some pre-blended piña colada slush and called it done. The cup ended up being just piña colada. This experience was really disappointing. I don't usually leave negative reviews, but the management needs to reevaluate their service and provide better training for their staff.
After cleaning up the smoothie mess myself, I stood at the register for about five minutes without any assistance. I get that staff can get overwhelmed when it's busy, but there were only two other customers in the store at the time. When I finally received my drink—a matcha green tea blast and a cheddar twist—I went outside immediately to enjoy it. Unfortunately, the cheddar twist tasted like it had been frozen before because it was very cold and just lukewarm. Additionally, my matcha green tea blast tasted more like an orange dream—either the scoop wasn’t cleaned properly, or the frozen yogurts weren’t stored separately. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I really hate to say it, but I feel let down.
Can't stand when they get people that don't know how to blend a smoothie making my order. When it's flavorless, watery full of ice chunks, that's when I can tell they're inexperienced. When experienced employees make my order the correct way, it'sactually really good.
Great customer service. Order ready quickly! Foodie sausage and egg very tasty and hot!
