This restaurant is a very clean and cozy spot located on the upper floor of the culinary building and student cafeteria at the University of Hawaii Maui Campus. The themed menu, featuring various culinary styles, is a wonderful addition that allows diners to enjoy cuisines that might be harder to find in town. Typically, you would need to drive to Kihei or Lahaina to visit a restaurant in a resort, so it's a pleasure to have this option closer to home.
