Shake Shack Ladue Crossing

I've gone a few times at night. It's never very clean, and the workers are always playing around. The food isn't bad, but I feel like service is lacking.

Burgers are so good!It sucks having to use a tiny cup to drink water from though. I drink a lot when I eat and I have to have multiple cups lol.

Sooooooo good!!! Burgers were amazing. Their cheese for the cheese fries was the best cheese I've ever had on fries and the cookies and cream shake was so good I couldn't put it down. Very clean.

This place still got it !!! Haven't visited Shake Shack in years and craved a delicious burger for lunch . I had the spicy shakemeister burger and the heat from the peppers were spot on! Just enough spice and flavor!! So good i couldn't stop eating even after my nose was running . I paired my burger w some cheese and bacon fries and washed it down with a cookies and cream milkshake. Service was fast and friendly and i enjoyed dining out on the patio!

My avocado bacon burger was amazing, my husband had one of the chicken sandwiches, and my mother-in-law had the Shack Burger. We all shared some fries and very much enjoyed the meal. The ladies room was out of paper towels, but other than that, it was fairly clean our order came out correctly and quickly. I’m a big fan of Shake Shack and am so glad they are moving west.Parking: The lot can get busy, so be strategic about where you park, but even on a busy Saturday at Noon, there were plenty of spots.Kid-friendliness: There isn’t a play area, but there’s plenty of seating and places for kids to stand up and roam around a bit.
