Fire Pit At Merriman's - Lahaina

Merriman's is known for its ambiance open to gorgeous sunset views, delicious cocktails, and a master chef three course dining experience. Pick your appetizer, entre, and dessert. Everyone will find something they love. They offer free valet parking. Plan to arrive before sunset to take photos. There is a gorgeous bar indoors, but you must have a seat to order a drink. Similarly, you must be seated outside to enjoy a drink outdoors. So, don't plan to have a drink while you wait for your table.

Best meal of the trip!! The beautiful food was matched by the delicious sunset. Service was perfection! We were also entertained by the young and talented Ashley Toth, who played guitar and sang songs from the Beatles to Pink Floyd to more current artists. A truly perfect night…

A better setting for dinner will be hard to find. Incredible service. Wonderful, thoughtfully prepared food. Bottle of wine presented by the sommelier. This is a can't miss experience while in Maui.

This 3 course meal was perfection. I could not find one complaint about the location. Joey and DJ were amazing behind the bar and fast to get you a drink. The views from this location are just as amazing as the meal. I went with server reccomendation (DJ) and it did not disappoint in any way. This is a costly but must go location in Maui.

I literally can’t say enough good things about Merriman’s. The entire front staff, our server Robert, and. Javier were exceptional. A huge thank you to all for an absolutely incredible night. The service, food, and views were all top notch! I’m recommending this to everyone I know and can’t wait to come back!
