We visited this restaurant to grab some Subway, and our kids were crying and hungry for milk. We asked the staff if they could just microwave the milk for our children. While the employees were willing to help, the owner, who was present, refused and explained that it was against company policy. She was incredibly rude. I cannot recommend this business. The owner really needs to work on her customer service skills. If she continues with this attitude, it won't be long before her business suffers. Food rating: 1.

Kathy (the older lady) was so rude to me when I came in. I will never eat at this Subway ever again! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch
