Crafted Italia - LAKE GENEVA

This restaurant is a hidden gem! We dined here last year and had a fantastic experience, so we decided to return this year. The food and service were excellent, and the Italian menu is truly unique. We sampled nearly everything on the menu and enjoyed it all. We are looking forward to returning on Friday to try their fish fry as well.

The service is always great. Drinks are always made perfectly. We always get our requested window seat, food is always good although portions could be bigger.. very nice place.

The wine dinner reservations were mishandled, leading to awkward seating arrangements due to insufficient seats for the number of guests. Despite this, the wait service was excellent and the food and wine were enjoyable. However, the management did not handle the reservation mix-up well and the set-up of the room and tables was poorly planned.

The prime rib special, priced at $42 per person, was terrible. The cut of meat was very tough and flavorless. Overall, it was not a good dining experience. However, the server was great and offered a free drink or dessert. I would not recommend the prime rib dinner as it was a waste of money.

Great service from Ethan. Good portions and my wife’s shrimp scampi was tremendous and my bolognese was great.
