Gaffer's Restaurant & Lounge - Lockport

The patio up top was better than the appetizer I orderedI just don't ever think bruschetta should be served on top of the bread it comes with.

Very disappointed tried supporting local for the THIRD time (and last). We waited minutes to have of staff serve us, when they had tables to serve. We dealt like absolute scum as they completely ignored us Two of the...staff were busy testing on their phones, ultra disappointed with this type of treatment when all were doing is repeatedly trying to support local restaurants. Food ended up okay once we were able to order. Sorry Gaffers something has to change. Brutal/sad experience.

We ordered the English fish and chips. The chips were tiny burnt pieces of potatoe that did not resemble anything like the thick cut fries in England. They were greasy. The lunch cost us for three which was expensive for what you got. The...fish was ok. As we left, we saw a man walking in amd out of the restaurant with no mask and it stated it was manditory.

Sat out on the patio, asked to start with a glass of water. Server said they only serve water bottled in plastic, single use bottles! Single use plastics are the biggest threat to our oceans and are being reduced or outright banned around the world....Why is Gaffers using them? Don't they wash dishes? I saw glass beer bottles being served so it can't be fear of breakage. Change your policy on this Gaffers. Stop being lazy. Step up! Do the right thing, right now!
