Ludington Big Boy

This place was definitely short on help and I don't take stars on my assessment. The employees here did their best and I am grateful for their commitment. We waited for placement with time. The young boy who finally took our place will hopefully learn that he is the first impression of the restaurant and puts the sound for the customer's experience. Mayce, our server, was friendly, grounded and had a positive mood. Our meal was hot and delicious. She remained attentive and gave us fillings on our drinks while we were so busy with other tables. It took a long time to get our check, but no worries... we understand the shortage of employees during these crazy times. Our experience was still great here. We celebrate our 37th anniversary in Ludington. Thank you for being part of our 3-day visit.

Great tasting food, large portions and they offer the opportunity to dip. Service was great, waitress was very nice. And now they offer a free dessert with visit, all you need to do is text a number (which is published by each table and also maps out) and it is not something cheap little dessert like places usually do. This is all from the Dessert menu.

The service was excellent and the prices were quite reasonable. The staff were very friendly. However, my agitator wasn't very tasty, and my hash browns had an overpowering onion flavor. Everything else I tried was fantastic.

I had a fantastic dining experience! The waitstaff and the overall atmosphere of the restaurant were incredibly friendly and efficient. I was impressed by how well the staff handled a difficult and unpleasant customer. I will definitely make this restaurant a destination again. Great job, Big Boy Ludington!

First of all, it's been at least 15 years since I last ate at a Big Boy. Second, this place did not disappoint! The staff was incredibly friendly, and the service was quick. When our waiter brought out my French toast, he realized they had forgotten the caramel. He quickly ran back to the kitchen and returned with as much caramel as I wanted! I absolutely love caramel, and that made my day! We ordered other dishes that were just as fantastic, but the French toast was out of this world!
