I tried to order Conchas for a party I was having, one of my personal favorite deserts. I was going to order this ahead of time to make sure I could get them in time. I called the store to no answer. I messaged them through this Facebook and at first they seemed to not want my business. After I talked with them a little they began to understand my request a little more, they asked that I call in an order for it. So I called the next day after I got off work and figured out more details for the party. Someone answered and asked if they could help me. I said “Hello, yes ma'am, I was wondering about ordering one of your products”. Then no one responded to me and then moments later they hung up on me. I called again and received some various beeping and etc it ended the call. The customer service stunk and I took my money elsewhere. Awful!
