Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Lufkin

This popeyes is very busy and the drive thru was long but I went inside and everyone was nice far as customer service. Also the place was clean and organized. We had a little wait but it's worth it for fresh hot chicken and it was great the crunch andjuicy bite also had the beans and rice to me not enough beans. The biscuit was hard but we go for the chicken lol not the sidessometimes But in all great chicken and try the sandwich also always a good choice.

Cashier and manager was very helpful and motivating to the staff. She showed knowledge, managerial skills to handle constant customers needs, employees work flow the areas of take out, dine in and drive thru customers. Very exceptional qualities. Greatfood, nice atmosphere, and experience. Hope to visit again. God bless

As always, the chicken was fantastic! We ordered four meals, but they forgot to include the BBQ dipping sauce for all of them. However, that's just a minor issue. Dear Popeyes, I wish our location would sell those packages!

Despite the air conditioning being out and my order being incorrect, I still give them 5 stars because they made an effort. It seems that the managers and owners may be struggling with challenging working conditions!

The food was cold and lacked seasoning, and the service did not meet Popeyes' usual standards.
