Bidra med feedbackOf course, the diner could use a good cleaning. There was one time I nearly lost a shoe because it got stuck to the floor! But with an unlimited garden bar, who can really complain? Many Liberty students miss the charm of this place unless they live on East Campus, particularly in the Square area. While anyone is welcome to visit, for us, it was so much more than a typical diner. It became a hub for fellowship and community—a place to share meals, watch the big game, and occasionally run into familiar faces from class. The scent wafting from the bathrooms might be off-putting for some, but for us, it was a unique kind of charm we grew to appreciate. In many ways, Doc's Diner felt more like home than just a restaurant—it was a beloved gathering spot that will always hold a special place in my heart.
Not too shabby! It's a fun spot to relax, and the food is quite tasty. While it's not the cleanest place, I still enjoy visiting! I've tried three items from the menu: the chocolate chip pancakes, black bean burger, and chicken strips. All of them were good!
Doc's has made significant improvements over the past couple of years. The service is quicker and more efficient, the food quality has increased, and overall, it provides a much better dining experience (although I should mention that I haven't visited during peak hours). I would rate it as a four or five-star restaurant (considering it's a campus dining facility), depending on the food. Typically, there aren’t many issues, but there are occasional instances where the food isn’t quite what I ordered or isn’t fresh (for example, chicken strips and mozzarella sticks shouldn’t be stale). Despite those rare occurrences, it’s definitely a good place to eat.
