Qdoba Mexican Eats - Madison

I visited the restaurant on St. Patrick's Day and found that it was busy with a long line and a crowded atmosphere. The staff efficiently managed the line and the food was delicious.

I don't usually write negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience at QDOBA on State St. in Madison. My girlfriend and I decided to dine there based on a positive experience we had at a QDOBA in LA. Unfortunately, our visit to the Madison location was disappointing. One employee, who had pink/violet hair, was extremely rude and displayed zero hospitality. Unlike our experience in LA, where we could customize our orders, this employee did not offer us the option to choose our toppings and instead selected them for us. Additionally, he did not inquire about complimentary chips or condiments. There was also an incident where he raised his voice at my girlfriend for reaching over the glass to point at a topping she wanted. Despite the delicious food, the employee's attitude overshadowed our dining experience. It is worth noting that the other employees, including the register attendant and another lady, were polite. However, the behavior of the one employee with pink hair was enough to leave a lasting negative impression. I felt compelled to share my experience as a caution to others.
