Ruffrano's Hell's Kitchen Pizza Manitou Springs

Great place! Pizza garlic knots are absolutely delicious. The guys working behind the counter were super attentive, hardworking, and friendly. The pizza itself is super flavorful and the crust is awesome. Great place to stop for a bite to eat!

I recently had the displeasure of dining at Ruffrano’s Hell’s Kitchen, and I can confidently say it was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. The owner’s rude attitude set a terrible tone for the entire visit. The food was mediocre at best—my pizza was bland and garlic knots were just bad bread. The tables and floors were filthy, making me question the overall hygiene of the place. To top it off, the service was abysmal; cashier was inattentive and seemed annoyed whenever we asked for anything. As if things couldn’t get worse, I overheard the owner complaining to other customers about our party not tipping well. Given the awful service we received, it’s no surprise the tip reflected our dissatisfaction. I won’t be returning to Ruffrano’s Hell’s Kitchen, and I’d advise others to steer clear if they value good food, cleanliness, and decent service.
