A Mighty Thai - Manzanita

We had dinner here on Saturday night. They were very busy with expelling orders as well as Dine in. The waiting staff was fine, we were not impressed, but also not ignored. While they have a bar, our drinks were excessively sweet and not very well made. I'll stay with beer or wine the next time. The food took a while to get out, but was solid. The 3 stars spicy was NOT spice.

I placed a pickup order through their website on Sunday evening and was charged $55.88 to my credit card, but my order ended up being canceled (see attached photo). I tried calling the restaurant, but there was no answer. When we dined in on Tuesday, we ordered two appetizers. Although the food took a while to arrive, we were pleasantly surprised and very satisfied once it did. However, as of Wednesday, I still haven't received my refund from the Sunday order. I would recommend avoiding orders through their website! Update: It took 10 days to receive my refund, but once I called them, they were really nice and there were no issues.

I ordered the pad with thin rice noodles, and it was delicious! I was pleasantly surprised to find such a fantastic Thai restaurant in a small town. I do think her spice counter leans towards the milder side; her 3-star level feels more like a 2-star. The service was a bit slow, but that might have been because there was only one waiter for the whole restaurant. However, the food was definitely worth the wait!

The service, food, and overall experience were outstanding. There was one chef and one server who managed to cover five tables, handle bartending duties, and take care of the cashiering. Despite the busy environment, there were no long wait times, and the food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. I highly recommend this place!

Our family went and the restaurant was very accommodating and our server was incredibly sweet. All my family had nothing but good things to say about the place. Unfortunately for me, the Huckleberry mojito tasted like berry-flavored-alcohol-water and the Spicy Eggplant dish was not spicy or particularly tasty. Should be renamed to oily eggplant.
