What was once great service, delicious food, and a fantastic selection of spirits has deteriorated significantly over the past few years. Last night, we waited an hour for our meal with no updates from the server, and the kitchen staff responded with snarkiness when I inquired about our order. It was truly disappointing.

I rushed inside to retrieve my dog, who fortunately had only ventured a few feet in. As I was turning to leave, an older blonde woman, who I assumed was the manager or owner, began loudly scolding me for bringing my dog into the bar. I explained that I was aware of the policy and that my dog had entered by mistake. Instead of letting it go, she continued to berate me. Meanwhile, I noticed the man who caused this situation casually walking to the back of the restaurant and entering the kitchen, leading me to believe he was an employee. Regardless of his position, his behavior was rude and he created a problem that I promptly resolved. I tried to inform the woman about what happened and even pointed out the young man responsible, but she seemed uninterested and kept lecturing me as I was trying to leave. In fact, she held me up longer than necessary. While I understand the need for rules, her approach to customer service was lacking. This was an unusual incident that should have been handled better, and I felt she could have spoken to me more respectfully. After checking other reviews, I felt validated when I saw that many others have had negative experiences at this establishment. The overall atmosphere of a workplace often reflects the attitude of its leadership. If the employees are unhappy and unkind, it's likely due to the example set by the owner or manager. Rest assured, my dog and I will do our best to avoid this place in the future. The vibes here are just not right.

I spent $70 on a burger, an oyster hoagie, and two Bloody Marys. The hoagie came with only seven small oysters, which were undercooked; I should have opted for shooters instead. The burger lacked flavor, though the fries were good, and the drinks were decent. Overall, I believe you can find better food at almost any other place.

Walked into an open area. Was not sure where to order so I walked towards the Order Cocktails area. They weren 't overly busy but I wasn 't going to interupt a bartender in the middle of making a drink, no big deal. Saw someone wiping a table down behind me so I asked where I could order food and there was a to go option. I was hit with We don 't do take out yet they advertise it. So I left and called just to confirm and was told We are extremely busy so we won 't do take out Rude.

You come into a dingy and awkwardly open bar area, the outside seating is definitely where it’s at. got greeted by a waitress who made a comment about my appearance and age. seemed to not care to make amends, barely checked on us, didn’t ask how our food or drinks were. felt incredibly disrespected. walked out by our same waitress upon leaving and was not acknowledged. we won’t be coming back. also, over priced appetizers for what you get. we got the prawn cocktail $20) and shared the cheeseburger w/ fries $15).
