Blackthorn Pub And Pizza

Chicago style pizza? Not even close. In fairness, as a former Chicagoan going back to the 1950's, I've searched high and low around St. Louis for a decent Chicago pan pizza. None to be found, and don't even bother mentioning Pi. The closest to the real deal I have found is Nancy's in Litchfield. Honestly.

Service was great, Chicago pizza was yummy. The sauce on the thin crust we got for the kids was a little spicier than our kids like but other than that, great experience.

This place was amazing. The bartender, Annie, had so much going on but still provided great service. We went during busy hours so that may have attributed to the lack of seating, but luckily we found a seat at the bar. The pizza is INCREDIBLE. Give Annie a raise!

Really a great place for pizza. The sauce is just amazing it’s garlicky and spicy. The crust is always flakey. The house salad is really good tooI recommend checking it out.
