Brisket and other beef prepared slow and done the right way. Friendly staff is capable and service oriented. Atmosphere is casual but welcoming with a military ambiance. More of a buffet line of food service, with no table waitresses or waiters. Overall a great fast food choice with a different menu.

Always taking a Veteran there, went on Korean Honor's day and was able to have lunch with fellow veterans.

The service was excellent! All the workers there were friendly and nice. But the food was just not to my liking. I had a turkey sandwich and my wife had a pulled chicken sandwich. The turkey was kind of dry, not tender and just not good. And my wife said the pulled chicken just wasn't good. Too bad because the service was excellent.

My kids and I have gone to this location since they've opened for business and it's been great until recently. The past three recent visits we've been given a much different quality of the food. Our most recent experience changed my opinion of this location. The food was dried and overcooked beyond what one would expect to be served. The brisket was half fat and the other half burnt and dried. The sausage was so dried out and overcooked that I could not cut it with the plastic knives they supply. The pulled chicken was good but it was very much dried out. This is far different than what we've been used to and I've gone to Mission BBQ in other parts of the country. What I've experienced at this location resulted in my not wiling to return. For two people, over $54.00, is not worth it. Not for burnt, dry food. So disappointed as there are few BBQ establishments around. I should mention that service, atmosphere and side dishes are all really great.

Yesterday I made the last minute decision to ditch cooking and order catering from Mission BBQ with an hour and a half notice. They not only had the food ready on time but it started pouring and a woman that worked there walked me to my car with an umbrella. We ordered catering for 15 and when I tell you it fed 20 people and we STILL had so much left!! The food was incredible, everything we needed paper product wise (napkins, utensils plates) was included and the service was 5 stars. I would actually give their catering 10 stars if google allowed. Everyone working was happy and extremely kind even though the place seemed packed. I highly recommend to ditch the hard work of going food shopping, the cooking and missing out on fun while you're standing at the grill and just order from their catering menu. I will never waste my time again driving myself nuts hosting a BBQ when this establishment made it such an easy process. Thank you Mission BBQ for a successful rainy day BBQ, not one person left hungry or unhappy. Your service was astounding from start to finish!
