Bidra med feedbackWe placed a mobile chicken order around 935am for pickup at 1130am, in the hopes of saving time, but it didn 't work like that. Mobile order pickup time set at 1130. We walked in the door at 1121. They were fairly busy. I got to the head of the line about 1126, the girl said yes I see your order on the screen... Then we watched people come in after us, several times, entering orders on the screen. They all got their orders before she even started on ours. They seemed irritated when I asked again about our order and said my number was 308. After all others were served, and no one who had entered a local order was left, and no one actively entering an order... at 1139 she started making our order. It sat ready for a couple more minutes until they called my number and bagged the food. We walked out at 1145. The mobile order seemed to be prioritized last. I 'll never order at Parker 's again. Next time is Uncle Shug 's.
The bathroom floor was sticky and covered in urine and toilet paper strewn about, totally filthy. I was charged for a large fountain drink AND a large coffee even though I only got a 20oz cup of coffee. I've been here numerous times and have been charged anywhere from $1.07 to $3.43 today for the same size drink. Not returning to this location.
Short staffed. Gets these guys some help. Needs better management

We stopped at this Parkers this morning to get gas, and after we finished, the pump malfunctioned and said it couldn't print a receipt, instructing us to see the cashier. My husband went inside to request a receipt, and the employee asked him why he didn’t receive one at the pump. When my husband explained the error, the man inquired if the machine was out of paper. My husband reiterated that it had stated it failed to print and directed us to the cashier. At that point, the phone rang, and the man answered it, continuing his conversation while my husband was still waiting. After asking for the receipt again, my husband was told to calm down, as the employee began chatting with other customers. Eventually, he handed over the receipt. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time my husband has experienced issues at this store. The service has consistently been disappointing.
