Options Buffet - Michigan City

My family and I had a wonderful experience dining here, and our waitress was fantastic! My daughter insisted on sitting in my lap throughout the meal, but Stephanie went above and beyond by providing my kids with sugar packets and straws to keep them entertained. She also took the time to listen to my son talk about the human body without making him feel rushed. As a former waitress myself, her kindness really resonated with me; it was something I would have done in her position. The staff behind the counter were also very pleasant. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of choices. I highly recommend this restaurant for families, and we will definitely be returning!

Some of the dishes were not served at the right temperature, but the main issue I noticed was the soup—it was the coldest I've ever had anywhere! On the positive side, the service was excellent; I would rate it a solid A-. The prices were a bit high for a Monday evening, totaling around $22 and some change. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, aside from the very cold soup! LOL

The waitstaff were unfriendly, and the food wasn't fresh. While I enjoy the casino itself, the buffet is easily the worst I've ever encountered in a casino. I wouldn't recommend it.
