Bidra med feedbackIts over priced for what it is. Nothing special about the food.
Incredible dumplings. Ordered pork shrimp garlic chive. The skins were perfectly bouncy and slightly sweet, while the filling was well balanced between savory meat and sweet shrimp veggies, and super juicy. Likely the best dumplings near the foothills.
I've really only ordered their beef noodle soup, but it js so good as a comfort meal. Their braised duck was also decent as a side dish. The staff were friendly and professional as well.
Highly recommend their Sheng Jian Bao (Pan fried pork buns) and Xiao Long Bao (soup dumplings)
What a strange name for a restaurant. It turned out to be where they used to live in Taiwan. It 's a neighborhood restaurant for those who don 't feel like cooking. Good every day foods that 's quite good in quality. The braised beef combo 牛三寶拼盤 was the protein appetizer. Good meats, but the sauce a bit too sweet. DaLu noodles 大滷麵 was a nice find. We 've been searching for this for years and it did not disappoint by bringing up old memories. Pan Fried Buns 生煎包 were kind of unique. They did not do it the traditional way by frying the bao in cast iron pan and finishing them off with water. I think they put the bars in a muffin bake sheet or something like that and fried them over heat. The result was not bad and less greasy. The baos were quite juicy. They could scorch your mouth easily.I will come try their other offerings next time.
