Under New Ownership. Service was quick. The spoons here are super-cheap. They nearly bend in half until your ice cream is just about melted. My Brownie Sandwich with Salted Caramel ice cream was pretty good though. NOTE: They do not accept CREAM Gift Cards yet (after I spent $20! They really should put up a sign.

I order from cream in Palo Alto all the time. Everything I've ever ordered taste like heaven. This one ... the cookies taste stale and dry. Tastes nothing like Palo Alto's cream.

After putting in a long day of shopping, there's no better way to relax than with some delicious soft serve!

The service was quick and efficient, and the staff was very friendly. They offered a fantastic and fresh selection of cookies.

I received prompt service on a hot Thursday at Great Mall. The quality is on par with other ice cream shops in the Bay Area!
