You won't believe it—they have chocolate-dipped ice cream! It's quite rare to find these days.
Not a day goes by when I am not thinking about my favorite soft serve from Fosters. The staff are friendly. I never miss the good old vanilla soft serve when I pass by Milpitas.
Enjoyed a cheeseburger and fries. The Oreo twister was a little sweet for my taste but my nephew and I loved the chocolate dipped cone. The employees were very nice. Love to support a smaller business.
Absolutely love the is Fosters! The people are fantastic and really nice. The food is awesome and timely.
