Mcdonald's - Milpitas

Ordered a large sprite in the drive through and they only put water in it

I don 't know what it is with McDonald 's but it seems the same everywhere we go... whether it 's in Nebraska, Texas or California, they all seem to miss something in your order. They charge you for the meals you order but you have to check every single time to make sure they gave you everything. When you ask why something got missed is always, it 's in the bottom of the bag. You check and nothing there... come on McDonald 's, get your act together. Good food, not so great experiences..

This location is fantastic for late night food! The staff are generally friendly and accommodating, aside from the odd few of course. Food is always served hot, ready, and to order even late at night. Corporate needs to take notes from this location's late night staff.

This show is 24-hour open When I visit inside the store and they told me they don't have nothing food and the store is closed so make sure you mention there like what time you close the store it's around 12:20

Quality has gone down steadily, especially when redeeming BoGo coupons. Too many times there serving the heat lamp micro-waved burgers, you know the ones there supposed to be throwing away because they sat there too long. Also it doesn't seem to matter which McDonalds around San Jose Milpitas they have all gone downhill and are serving low quality food. Prices have steadily gone up and quality has gone down. Last time I got a McChicken and the lettuce was wilted and cooked like they microwaved something that was sitting around. Almost inedible.
