Mcdonald's - Milpitas

My friend and I got cones at another location 4 hours ago, and we decided to do it again here. I don't understand all the complaints about the ice cream machines always being broken because we have never experienced that. I would call the soft serve fire, but that would make it melt.

As of June 2023, the pandemic is no longer an issue, but the lobby of this restaurant is still closed. Only the drive-thru is open, which is disappointing. McDonald's, please get your act together and open up the rest of the restaurant.

I have to mention that the woman at the register and the manager were incredibly helpful and friendly. Their assistance with my large and complicated order was flawless. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant. Thank you, Louis.

Store was nice and clean, I am not a big fan of the order kiosk but it’s what society is conforming to. However the kiosks were not working and it was hard to get staff attention to place an order. Once order was received, once again it was difficult getting a staff member to tend to me at the counter for ketchup. Food was prepped as expected, but customer service goes a long way with me and the employees here need a bit of training on how to treat customers and tend to them. But then again it was McDonalds.

It's fine, but not that good for showing as for presentation. The playground was not ventilated much which made it smell like disgusting feet and the lights were off at evening. Do you want your child playing in a McDonald's playground in the dark?
