Omega - Milpitas

This classic Milpitas establishment has been around since I was born. The staff are friendly and it's a great place to support local businesses.

I really wanted to like this restaurant more, but I didn't. I paid $17 for French toast with bacon. If I wanted hash browns, it would have cost me over $21 for one meal. Where is the generosity? Chivalry is dead, lol. IHOP is down the road (their French toast combo is $12.39). I can't comment on the overall dining experience because I only had the French toast with bacon. I was a bit disappointed and would give it a 2/5 for being slightly overpriced. A 3/5 rating would have been too generous.

We stopped on the way to the house on the way to the silvesterday. we received very friendly service and the food was excellent. we didn't know, but we were the last customers, and they were closing. but no one hastened us. they offered us more coffee and when we were gone, they wished us a happy new year. we felt so comfortable, cared for and home.

Food was decent but not GREAT to my tastes, attentiveness to coffee refills and service was excellent though!
