The lady who is in the front desk is 0 customer friendly, I mean no emphatic so this can impact on the tips for the rest of the team that's no good please train them to say at least any customer words nicely

The poorest quality you can get. No barista-skilled people work here! Went there plenty of times. Can’t go there any more. Quality is down since three times in a row. Latte is too hot to drink. If there is no foam, then it's not a latte and it is not worth going to, paying for, or wasting time on. It should be discarded from their menu.

I work at Palo Alto Networks and my house is in south San Jose, this location is no where near my house or my office, the amazing baristas and their smile keep bringing me back here, they go that extra mile to make sure a coffee addict gets the best they can get and that happens 100% of time, more than happy to add 18 minutes to my daily commute at the cost of the amazing coffee I get here

Coffe is watered down. I ordered black tie which comes with cold brew. It was watered down since i wanted less ice. Barely any milk. It is like water with 1 spoon of condensed milk. This would be my second worst peets coffee.
