Poke Xpress - Milpitas

We came into order boba and had a request to not seal the drink so I could split one drink between two kids....the person behind the counter was kind enough to say "no...I can 't ...it is your job "Not sure if it was too much to ask to not seal the drink. I didn 't ask them to do the split just unseall...but hey thank you for reminding me about my job!

I honestly thought this place was closed down years ago, but I'm glad it's still around! It's located near Great Mall..I ordered half sushi rice and half mixed greens, with one scoop of salmon, one scoop of tuna, and one scoop of spicy salmon. They had a lot of sauce options here which definitely made me want to come back to try out the different combinations. The fish tasted fine and had a decent texture. I ordered almost all the toppings except the ones that cost extra (avocado) and the pineapple.The poke bowl was very flavorful and it was a good quick grab go meal. I ordered it spicy and it was definitely spicy. I wished they had wasabi as a topping though. This was the first time I'd seen a poke place have macaroni. However, the macaroni was okay and wasn't anything mind-blowing. I enjoyed the chipotle mayo sauce which I haven't seen at other poke spots. It gave it a good kick. The owners were really friendly and the portion sizes were really generous. I'm surprised they were able to fit the lid on after putting on everything. I couldn't even finish the whole bowl in one sitting so it was nice to have 2 meals instead of one. It's not my favorite poke place, but it's definitely a very solid poke spot with large portions.

I love this place. I come in to town for work from Texas so I don’t get Poke very often. This is my go to place from everyone I have tried in the area. Fresh , great customer service, unique flavors, fantastic portions. Prices are decent but for what you get I have no complaints. Can wait to come back!

Delightful little place, easily the best poke I have had in the Bay Area. I would highly recommend!

The owners are really sweet people and give generous servings/scoops. I'm surprised they were able to closed the lid. A large is meant to be shared and there will be leftovers. This place has been my go-to for poke. You can do a stamp card (10 pokes) to get a free milk tea.
