Ocean Club Restaurant & Bar

Just ok! Food not so good and the service was just ok. Definitely not worth wasting a night in Destin dining at this restaurant.

We are locals and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! Our reservations were for 5pm. The food was great. Portions were average-sized and similar to lunch portions but that was expected on a BOGO free early dinner. My husband and I were the youngest ones there by at least a couple decades which was surprising and hilarious! We will definitely be back! The sear on the filet was perfect...if you like heavy char. Uneven cook, probably lower grade, but good flavor. The blue cheese olives in my martini were hand-stuffed, and my husband's Sidecar drink was fantastic. We ordered the calamari as an app and it wasn't rubbery at all, cooked to perfection. Dessert was great, too. Literally nothing bad to note.

We visited tonight, the grouper almondine was well prepared, we opted for grilled vs breaded and sautéed. Salad was good and the side of vegetables was prepared well. Coconut pie was delicious. Older patrons but a nice restaurant overall. Cee Cee was our server and was attentive.

The food was good, server was great but initially walking in... we were not greeted. No one was at the desk and the other workers looked at us and continued to assist their customers. We started to leave, then a waitress helped us. The ambiance was ok... it was 7:30pm and only a few customers. Seemed as if they were closing. But visit was overall.... Just okay.
