Vocelli Pizza - Monroeville

The food is good. The problem is ordered. If you're calling, you'll get dressed and stay up for a very long time. Finally, it is better to hang up and call another pizza place. I don't know how customers can order food here. I guess you need to go physically to the store and order food to get it.

I order from here regularly? after tonight I will not. Ordered around 8:20 order went through its 11PM no pizza. No call. No email? except to confirm it?s being prepared. Their phones seem to be shut off so I guess they just decided to take my money. SMH. If they weren?t able to make it for whatever reason the minimum they could do is call and let me know. I should have ordered from Fox?s.

Been ordering pizza here for years. The food is always good and the delivery time is pretty fast. Sometimes they get busy (like anywhere else) and the wait time is a bit longer. It?s always worth the wait if the food is good, and the food from here is always good

Average at best. Their skimpy on the sauce and it the sauce is bland. I ordered a thin crust excited to pull the slice, fold the slice and bite in. Instead of a pizza crust it was like eating a giant cracker. Hard and crunchy just like a cracker. None of that delicious chewy breadie taste at the end when you eat the crust. It made the pizza dry. It was ridiculously disappointing. I have to say the 3.7 rating is very generous.

We came in a half an hour before they were closing, we are not from the area, but we were warmly greeted by Chris and Becky?s hospitality. I? am vegan and Chris knew exactly what that meant and immediately reassured me that there were no eggs in their pizza dough. Chris was kind enough to get us cups of water while we waited. Truly a great experience because of these two, not to mention the bread sticks (without Parmesan cheese so they?re vegan) were to die for!! Great food and great people! Would recommend to anyone in the area!
