Bidra med feedbackI'd give it five stars but you know it is a little takeout stand in the middle of a gas station convenience store. So everything is premade and they assemble it in front of you. So the tabouli and everything else is already made a little containers But for quick grab lunch or even a catering tray for dinner of chicken and rice it's a good deal. I have ordered the catering tray it's a lot of rice not a lot of chicken, but it is all very delicious and the garlic sauce is to die for.
A gas station in Mt. Laurel NJ? Doesn't sound like much, but when one puts their pride aside and steps into this joint, they won't be regretful! A stroll past the frozen slushies and lottery tickets brings one to a classic, no frills counter with a simple menu. I opted for the pita pocket, since that is the name of the restaurant after all. I was met with friendly service and a delicious meal. The chicken orzo soup tastes fresh out of your grandmother's ladel, and the falafel pita is hard to beat for the price and convenience.
It is a Middle Eastern-ish rest stop convenient when needing to transition between highways. Perfect for a quick break from driving. Food is the usual rest-stop fare with just a few middle-eastern items and a halal grill when openI was there late on Sunday and it was
Hidden gem in a gas station convenience store. Decided to try it out after seeing JL Jupiter's video. This place doesn't disappoint. Beef stew was flavorful and service was great. Will definitely be back to try other things on the menu.
I liked it better when they had neat looking ladies serving food. Unfortunately, now I don’t feel like returning to that place ever.
