Starbucks - Mount Laurel

I highly recommend this place! The waitress was extremely friendly and eager to chat. She even gave me a complimentary sample of my order!

I ordered skim milk, but was given whole milk. I'm grateful I checked before drinking it, otherwise I would have gotten sick. There was a new drink on the menu, but unfortunately, no one seemed to be attentive enough to take care of it.

His only 8:32 pm 5/12/22 when I write this review. my man bought a coffee and we sat outside. I went in to use restroom and was told that he was closed. even if their website says that they close at 20:30 clock, there are still customers sitting inside and drinking coffee. expect them to find a rest space elsewhere while they are still in their premise? pity on them that a woman does not use in rest space when in need....Dear store manager!. check their cctw recording if they want to check!

I’ve tried to give this location chance after chance. The last 3 times my drink has been messed up for reasons that are just unacceptable. Asked for cream and was clearly given cold foam. The barista insisted that it was cream yet it was floating at the top of the cup. Next time actually ordered cold foam (which you pay extra for) and all they gave me was a small dollop. Last time I was given a cold brew with literally no ice and no cinnamon powder that I asked for. This new staff is horrible since they’ve moved stores. Don’t waste your money here.
