Bidra med feedbackThe pupusas come from piping hot and the fiets are delicious. I love everyone who has spinach in them. Service is good and they are really friendly. I must love good cheap food.
I decided to try this place because we were visiting from out of town and I wanted a quality experience that would be unique to Nacogdoches. Boy did we find it. This is just unlike anything you've ever had. The banana chips and salsa were really unique and delicious. The pupusas were excellent. The environment was clean and the staff was nice. Great job!
A great place for something different! A very courteous and helpful waitstaff that are eager and willing to explain the menu to those unfamiliar with El Salvadorian cuisine. They serve a variety of pupusas with different fillings and sauces. The traditional curtido or pickled cabbage is the finishing touch along with various sauces. Tacos, burritos and traditional sides finish out the menu along with Latin American sodas and horchata to wash it all down.
Wow! Lovely evening out with friends in this family- run, casual restaurant. The service and food were both excellent. Delicious, fresh ingredients, and well-priced. We shall return!
If they'd let me live here, I would. I'd be broke as big as a house, but I'd be soooooo happy. The pupusas are out of this world, whether you go with the basic plain cheese or go a little more adventurous with the spinach, pork, and cheese or anything in between. They also have some pretty fantastic stuffed jalapeños and their curtido is so flavorful. The staff is very friendly and attentive, but if they had a drive-thru, I'd stop by every day on my way home. I see on Facebook that they have a breakfast menu, but I never see them open on my way to work. It's probably for the best. I'd be in trouble.
