Went through the drive-thru after using my points on the McDonald’s App to order a free large mocha frappe and my whole experience from starting my order on the app to finishing with the very fast and friendly service of everyone working the drive thru was great. *By the way, I rarely say any drive thru service is “great”, but I honestly don’t have a single complaint or suggestion for improvement on this visit, so hopefully the bosses see this n give these employees a pat on the back!

I work in Home Healthcare, and a month ago, I visited this McDonald's in Nashville, and the food was terrible. I followed up with a phone call and spoke with a very kind lady who listened to my concerns. She promised that my meal would be replaced if I returned to the area. Yesterday, I stopped by, and sure enough, my name was noted for a replacement meal in her book. The manager was incredibly welcoming and made sure that every part of my meal was freshly prepared. I would give my experience a 10/10 and would definitely eat there again.
