Sonic Drive-in - Natchitoches

To say I am thoroughly exhausted with the lack of quality and customer service at this establishment, is an understatement. Tried to give it another shot today due to the proximity to our final destination. Ordered 4 meals, got 3. Guess that’s better than 2????

Apparently this location does not do 1$ large drinks before 11am. Food was fresh and properly bagged. Attendant was nice and smiled.

Waited on the island for 15 minutes. Pressed the button 3 times with no response from anyone. As did several other customers. Eventually left with no service.

Online ordered two drinks, for convenience Had to wait in drive thru 25 min, no parking bays open Would have been ok ,I would have left but had already paid for my drinks. Worst service I have ever

My chicken tenders were burnt and so was my toast!!! No gravy for the tenders and gave me tator tots instead of fries like I asked for!!! My drink was also wrong!!! Check your food before you leave!!! The wait time was like 30 freaking minutes also! I’m not looking for this location to be opened much longer at all! Ever since the previous manager left this place has gone all the way down hill!!!
