After two years of unkind service by one of your employees I finally feel like I need to say something. Barista working this morning 11/7/21 is abrasive and rude. I never get a greeting and I always leave there feeling bad, when she serves me. It 's like she can 't be bothered to even say hello.. she slams the window open and says there 's like 5 drinks before you . As if she wished I 'd just get out of here and stop bothering her. I decided I 'll avoid there at all cost and I don 't ever want service from her again. I always respond with kindness because I know she probably needs it.. so it 's not like I 've ever given her any reason to be rude. Do better, lady.
