Relish Catering Llc - North Bethesda

We sang from Nebel Street to the Montgomery General Farmers Market in Olney. Although the brisket was sold out, the pulled pork was exquisite. The bread rolls are sourced from Relish by Gwenie’s Filipino Bakery, located just across the parking lot. I have some heavy opinions, so let me lay it all out for you. The bread should ideally be a traditional imperial roll or a Hawaiian sweet roll; this particular option didn’t do the great barbecue justice. The sides available were gouda mac and cheese and jicama salad, and I tried both. The jicama salad was okay, but the mac and cheese was lacking; it needed some Colby Longhorn cheese and breadcrumbs to enhance the flavor, which was rather underwhelming. For 18 bucks, we could have gone to Mission BBQ for a better experience. Nevertheless, since Relish is still new, we should give them time to refine their skills. The staff were very lovely and genuine.

I used relish for a family backyard event. I was so satisfied with the end product: tables, chairs, bed linen, medium pieces, delicious food and excellent professional staff. many thanks to an laura and their team for their know-how and for design! the party was a hit and the guests loved it!

The uncooked chicken served at the Coffield Emergency Shelter raises concerns. I don't understand why a professional establishment would serve undercooked meat to the residents. Is that really acceptable?

To maintain our little high time was the best decision we made except to marry! each cure was created with incredible care and love for detail, and the aromen were phenomenal. ed came out to introduce any court, and alison and her team andres and yonas went beyond and beyond to make the event perfect. thanks relish!

Took cooking classes and have ordered specialty or holiday meals multiple times. Always excellent!!!
