Pizza Hut - North Lauderdale

I'm not sure why this location has received so many negative reviews, as my experiences here have been quite enjoyable. My orders always arrive on time, and everything I've tried has been fresh and tasty. My favorite item is their freshly baked brownies with Hershey's chocolate chips; they are incredibly soft and melt in your mouth!

I really disliked my experience at this place. I ordered a pizza and called to check on it, and they said it would be ready in 35 minutes. I arrived exactly 5 minutes before the estimated time, only to be told that my order was actually at a different location. I promise I didn't go to the wrong place. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.

The food was fresh and served hot, exactly as we ordered. The staff was very friendly.

100% of all my orders were wrong. 6/6 missing something everytime which makes it worse since I paid money for either saurces/breadsticks and all the other foods. Strongly recommend to pick up from another pizza hut or just avoid Pizza Hut in general until they hire competent workers. Obviously promised replacement or credit and will never get anything so please guys be careful...

We order pizza and hot chicken wings Saturday night, we were very unhappy when open the pizza it wasn't hot and the chicken wings were fire hot , imposible to eat. then my husband decided to call to let them know the food wasn't right and he was very unhappy whentwhen employee who took the complain hung up . This company just need to do better , not only improving food quality but also train employees to respect customers.
