Papa John's Pizza - Olney

I ordered a 16-inch pizza, and the employee told me it would take 10 minutes. I went for a walk and returned, but it still wasn't ready. I ended up sitting there for about 20 minutes, and when I asked for an update, another employee said he'd start it now. This is really frustrating.

This pizza place is fantastic, and the manager is wonderful. I will definitely return. Thank you!

The food is consistently delicious, and the waiter was excellent. Our meals arrived promptly. The only downside, in my opinion, were the tostones; chef, are they made to order? They didn't taste like they were. Overall, it's always a pleasant dining experience here.

This restaurant consistently delivers hot, fresh food quickly, and their delivery team is always respectful and attentive. Over the past 12 years of being a customer, I've only encountered one or two disappointing orders. It’s clear that the restaurant takes responsibility seriously and hires excellent staff.

I ordered my meal and waited, and then I waited some more. I ended up calling to cancel my order, but there was no apology or acknowledgment whatsoever. It's clear that they don't value their customers.
