Arby's - Opelika

I enjoy visiting Arby's, especially through the drive-thru, but today the line was exceptionally long. I decided to get out of line and go inside instead. Although the indoor lines can also be long, the food consistently tastes fresh. I was eager to try the limited-time Wagyu beef burger. I usually ask the cooks to put sauces on the side so I can really appreciate the true flavor of the food. It was decent, but not extraordinary. The portions of meat were extremely small. I ordered two Reubens to go, and when I got home, I was disappointed to find hardly any meat on them. The advertisement claims "We Have The Meats," but that’s not true for the Opelika, Alabama location. I don’t think I’ll be returning.

I ordered the Arby's Classic with their Arby's Sauce and it was delicious and hot. Definitely would recommend it to my friends. It was so big I couldn't eat it all

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I went through the drive-thru at 8 p.m. on a Thursday, and both the service and the food were disappointing. My buffalo wrap was cold and hard, and the fries were stale. After noticing the fries were not fresh, we requested new ones and waited 15 minutes for them to combine two small portions into one. Unfortunately, only a few fries on top were fresh; the rest were still cold and the same old fries. The employees seemed more interested in hanging out than providing good service.

I stopped here on the way to home from a trip, I had a little problem with my command and trey was such a shady and repaired it for me! he heard my thinking and was super sweet. amazing customer service, definitiw super happy.
