Really shocked at my experience today. I drove from exit 62 because I was craving chick-fil-a. I literally was late getting back from an hour break. I had a mobile order. I waited so long I just canceled my sandwich as it was getting late in the day got a fry drink. My sweet tea isn't sweet, the fries are way undercooked they also didn't give me my sauce that the order taker even confirmed. I wasn't greeted when I pulled up to where the food is. The drive thru was so slow I realized once getting up there it is the employees. They were moving like zombies. This was Mcdonalds service if that. I have been out in the road many times it has NEVER taken even remotely close to the amount of time today. HUGE waste of time. :
