Chick-fil-a - Palm Beach Gardens

I highly recommend this fast food restaurant. They offer great quality food at a reasonable price, and the service is always quick. This visit was no exception. It's worth noting that they are closed on Sundays for a day of rest, and they also hire high school and college students, giving them a valuable opportunity.

I placed a large delivery order, and the driver left my food at the gate, which is far from my house. He claimed he couldn't access the gate, but that wasn't true. After checking the app, I realized my order had been marked as delivered, so I tried calling for a refund multiple times over the past few weeks without any response. Today, I made another attempt for a refund and received a call from Bella, the manager. She informed me that I wouldn’t be getting a refund because the food had been left at my gate. She mentioned it had been three weeks since I first reached out. Well, that’s because no one has contacted me back! I can’t believe the manager thinks that’s acceptable. Bella and Chick-fil-A, you need to do better.

Ordered 3 basic sandwiches and two drinks. Got No sandwich no drinks no refund. And the manager was a complete jerk. Literally had to call the police on this guy. He stole my money and refused me service. All because his team member messed up my order three times.

I?m at the location almost every week and it seems to be continually getting worse each time. They barely get the orders right now, the staff spends too much time talking amongst themselves and the line backs up halfway down the food court. The food, is usually pretty good but lately it hasn?t not met Chick Fil A standards in my mind. I will continue to go there because hey it is Chick Fil A, but it could be much better.
