P.f. Chang's - Palm Beach Gardens

An order was wrong. server has graciously apologised and received another order. this was also the wrong point. I wanted to praise my with gay, first was huh, second was bark. both were really good, but not what I really wanted. I didn't want to delay my countrymen, so I didn't complain anymore.

Service was exemplary. Eating was good, nothing excellent. Mongolian bark was a bit overdue, but tasteful.

Made a reservation for 6pm, got there at 5:45pm told them we were there. They said they couldn’t find our reservation even though I showed them my confirmation on my email. So they just wrote our name down like a walk in customer. Was seated around 6:17pm so the wait wasn’t too bad. We sat at our booth while everyone around us was getting served. We had two tables sit down around us at 6:30pm get their drinks food brought to them we never had a server come to us, not even to ask us for a drink. We walked out at 7:15pm and asked if we sat at the bar if someone would serve us bc we have been waiting at the table for an hour no one ever came. The manager apologized had us seated again. They only took $10 off of our bill at the end. The food was terrible. It made me sad bc I grew up eating at PF Chang’s have always had great service food. Service food has gone downhill. Was the worst experience I’ve ever had there.

We were there to celebrate a special birthday. the waitress was very curt, until the point of rudeness (the restaurant was not busy) and she awktürmically treated the birthday party. she was too late with our drinks. that was just okay. the salate sleeves were lukewarm and there was a piece of hair in my. disgusting.

Excellent food and drinks. Our Server was wonderful; attentive, helpful, very nice.
