Papa Johns Pizza - Paris

Never had to wait, its always ready when I get there. Everyone's friendly. And of course great pizza.

Everything is wonderful; I just wish you could bring back what was taken away more than 25 years ago. It would be nice to have a bag of garlic butter included with each pizza box, instead of just for the original crust. We order the entire veggie thin crust, but only receive the salty pepper packets. You get my heart on this one! Please consider only offering garlic butter upon request, without an extra charge. I would be happy to return the extra pepper packets to avoid waste. Thank you very much!

I placed a large order ahead of time, and everything was prepared as scheduled. The staff was friendly and very helpful!

I called tonight not to order pizza, but to ask a question. My husband suffered serious burns, and I remembered that years ago, I received assistance from a Papa John's employee after a bad accident at home. They had a first aid kit with medical supplies, including a burn spray, and they helped me until 911 arrived. Tonight, I reached out to Papa John's in Paris, TX, and the manager, Brian, responded to my panic immediately. He went to check the first aid kit and explained what they had available. He didn't hesitate for a moment! I live over an hour away and didn't order any pizza, but Brian was incredibly helpful and friendly. It's rare to encounter people like him. I am deeply grateful for his kindness, especially in such a frightening situation. Thank you, Brian!
