Lespri Prime Steak Sushi Bar

We had heard Lespri was the top rated steak house in Park City. Boy, we were disappointed. The food was, at best, average. One of us ordered the rib-eye and it was over 50% inedible fat. The other two who ordered steak were underwhelmed. The wine list, while serviceable, was wildly overpriced versus other similar restaurants. Maybe they just had an off night, but if this is the top rated steak house, I'd hate to see the others.

Food was delicious! My husband had elk and I had sushi. The service was great. Nick was our server and the bartender. He was fantastic! We had a wonderful booth in the bar. Apparently one of the owners likes to do business in the back booth instead of the office. Totally killed the atmosphere with his F-bombs on a telephone call. (Phone calls in a restaurant are not acceptable anyway but if it’s your own business....? whatever... go for the Elk, for sure!

We were visiting Deer Valley and wanted a great steak restaurant. Lespri was such a great choice. From the atmosphere, staff (Raphael is very personable and efficient! and food quality I highly recommend Lespri. We have two kids 12 and 15, who loved it as well!

Vacationing at Park City with my two boys. No settings until asked after food arrived. Restaurant chips never came. $15 specialty drink weak. Wine did not arrive with dinner. Salads need a renovation, however decorative, as cutlery cannot handle a half side of romaine. Food came for half the table, the rest 5 mins later. Steak arrived nearly raw for a medium ask. A very difficult experience overall. I would never come back. Not inexpensive.

Service was very good. Had sushi and the wagyu. Loved the peppercorn sauce. Bit overpriced for what you get. For 2, and a generous tip, was about $200. We were seated to the left of the front door by the wine rack. Tight space and not very intimate or classy. Would have thought the ambiance would be better for an upscale place.
