Bidra med feedbackThis restaurant gets very crowded during lunch hours. I waited in line for over 10 minutes just to place my order, and then another 5 minutes waiting for my food. The interior is in need of some maintenance, as the tables and chairs are showing their age. However, the staff are still friendly and professional. The management should consider updating the infrastructure, but they should not blame the staff for the state of the dining room.
I recently returned from a trip to BK, where I had to return my food and request a refund. The sandwich they gave me was so terrible that it was inedible. They made my order incorrectly, and instead of apologizing, the staff tried to defend their mistake. The manager finally intervened and apologized, offering to make me a new sandwich. However, the overall experience at the drive-thru was lengthy, and the staff did not apologize for the wait or for giving me the wrong order. The sandwich I received was so poorly made that even my dog wouldn't eat it. I also observed that they opened all three sandwiches at the counter, took them apart, and wrapped them again before serving them to me, which was completely unacceptable. Despite being fast food, there should still be a level of quality. I asked for a refund, which they provided, but the whole experience was awful, and I don't plan on returning.
The staff at the restaurant were friendly and attentive, however the food was not up to par. The buns were a bit stale.
Great place for a late night snack, main meal on the run. Always friendly staff.
The food and the staff are great here. But the building is very old. Tables missing, some seats are wobbly. But I still eat there as I said the food is always good. And the staff always do their best.
