Swiss Chalet - Peterborough

We wipe the edge of the table where we sit with a wet wipe an it was black! Looks like they need some cleaning staff to wipe down the whole table, not just top and the benches and backs of them need cleaning too. Makes you wonder what the kitchen looks like?

I got a chicken dinner from them and I asked for dark meat and they gave me a very tiny serving and they had not cleaned their deep fryers the whole entire meal was disgusting and I threw it out forget this pathetic excuse for a restaurantParking: Parking is horrible

Came here with family and had a great time. Food was delicious and generous portions, reasonably priced. Also want to shout out our server, Duncan, who was brilliant. Very attentive and friendly! Will definitely be coming back.

I tried to order dinner for two using their delivery. I called at 8:03pm. I was told my order would be delivered by 8:55pm. By 9:05pm my order had not arrived. So I called and was bounced around twice to different people. They told me my order was delivered to the wrong address. But if that was true. Why was I not called. In the end I never got my delivery. I cannot believe the way their people treated and lied to me. The complete lack of any customer service is shameful. I will not be giving that establishment my recommendation.

Tiny dried out piece of chicken . A bun . A salad. Pretty much a big miss . We picked this up at 1230 pm weekday and place was not busy. . We never do reviews but this was so bad it deserved one. This was a sale at 19.99 for 2 dinners and was still so SAD. Take a pass.
