Dolce Caffe - Philadelphia

The food has always been good and fresh. However, I placed an order for pick up at 12:17 pm. I come in at 12:25, and the food is not ready. They tell me they didn’t make my food because I didn’t come. How is me coming precisely at 12:17 related to order being ready?I still decided to wait for food because I was really hungry.They brought me omelet with bacon and croissant in separate boxes. I asked if it was a sandwich as I ordered croissant sandwich. They told me I could make a sandwich myself. I did not say anything in person, but it shows extreme lack of service and no care for customers.I would love to keep coming back for food. But, sadly, I really don’t feel welcome there.

They have a nice selection of pastries (including cannolis) and drinks (like Nutella latte, charcoal latte), and sandwiches! I got a cold brew Nitro coffee with oat milk and it hit the spot

Great place to grab a coffee, some food, or their plentiful options of pastries. Let me explain.Dolce Caffe is a nice vibe in Northern Liberties and is a relaxing spot to grab fresh coffee or a cannoli. I decided to finish up a book I was reading here, as it was quiet enough to do so and their food was made fresh from the kitchen. With plenty of options for food and drinks, I didn't like the cannoli as it was cold and was a bit old, but I'm sure their other options would have been decent options. Solid place for sure!

I seriously cannot recommend this cafe enough. I am here weekly (at least) because no other coffee shop in the area compares. The food is incredible, the drinks are delicious and the staff is welcoming and friendly! The Pacifico crepe has my heart.
